Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Language Skills: Applicants must be proficient in English and Hindi. Additionally, fluency in at least one regional language (Marathi, Gujarati, or Konkani) is mandatory to handle calls from specific regions.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications is required.
- Desirable: A Master’s degree in Social Work (Medical & Psychiatric) or Psychology is preferred. Preference will be given to those with experience in Tobacco Control programs.
