Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold an M.Sc. in Physics or an M.Tech/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Physics.
- Applicants should have a consistently good academic record, characterized by a First Class/Division or a minimum CPI of 7.0 on a 10.0 scale.
- A valid score or rank in a National Eligibility Test such as CSIR-UGC-NET JRF, JEST, or GATE is mandatory at the time of application.
