IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026: Overview
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has launched a massive recruitment drive under the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs-XV). This notification invites applications for 13,706 indicative vacancies for the positions of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer Scales I, II, and III across 28 participating banks nationwide.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (As of September 1, 2026)
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 Years
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 Years
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 Years
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21 to 40 Years
Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories including SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per government regulations.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. Proficiency in the local language of the respective RRB and basic computer knowledge are essential.
- Officer Scale-II (GBO): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks and 2 years of experience as an officer in a financial institution.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialists): Degree in IT, Law, CA, or Finance with relevant professional experience (1 to 2 years).
- Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and at least 5 years of experience as a bank officer.

Application Fee
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM Candidates: ₹175 (Inclusive of GST)
- All Other Candidates: ₹850 (Inclusive of GST)
Fees must be paid online via debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. Separate fees apply if a candidate applies for both an Officer and an Assistant post.
Selection Process
The recruitment process involves multiple stages depending on the post:
- Office Assistant: Preliminary and Main Online Examinations.
- Officer Scale-I: Preliminary, Main, and Interview stages.
- Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Examination followed by an Interview.
