Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a prestigious Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has announced a new recruitment drive for apprentice trainees. The organization is looking to engage 326 candidates for various apprenticeship roles at its manufacturing units located in Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad). Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate Apprentice: Applicants must hold a degree such as B.Com, BBA, or Graduation with Economics. Basic knowledge of computer operations and English is required.
  • Technician Apprentice: Candidates should possess a Diploma in relevant engineering streams (Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical).
  • Trade Apprentice: Requirements vary by trade; generally requires B.Sc (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) or a 12th-grade pass in the Science stream.

Age Limit (as of 01-09-2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 25 Years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Stipend Details

Selected apprentices will receive a consolidated monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,600 to ₹17,300, depending on the specific trade and category. This amount includes contributions from RCFL and, where applicable, the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT).

Selection Process
