Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Consultant (Marketing): MBA in Marketing or Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Communication or Advertising from a globally or nationally recognized institution.
• Consultant (Retail Operations): Master’s Degree in Retail Operations, Luxury Brand Management, or Fashion Management.
• Consultant (IT): MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Management with a focus on Systems Management or Product Management.
• Special Advisor: MBA (HR), Master’s in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a PG Degree in Management with HR specialization.

Experience Requirements

• Marketing: 8-12 years in Brand Management, preferably in luxury or heritage sectors.
• Retail Operations: 10+ years in premium/luxury retail, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• IT: 5-7 years in Digital Product Management.
• Special Advisor: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 10 years in senior managerial positions within PSUs, government, or reputed private firms.

Age Limit

• Consultant Posts: Maximum 45 years.
• Special Advisor Post: Maximum 65 years.
• Age relaxations may be granted in exceptional cases by the competent authority.

Salary and Benefits

• Consultants: A consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,00,000/-.
• Special Advisor: The fee for this position is negotiable based on the candidate's professional background and experience.
