Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Applicants must hold a first-class B.E. or B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline (Electrical, EEE, ECE, Electronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Material Science, or Computer Science) along with a valid GATE score. Alternatively, those with an M.E. or M.Tech degree (first division at both UG and PG levels) are eligible.
  • Research Associate (RA): Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Electronics or an M.E./M.Tech in Electronics (first division) complemented by at least three years of research or teaching experience in a recognized institution.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 35 years.
  • Age relaxation is provided as per government regulations: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Salary and Benefits

  • Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 per month.
  • Research Associate: Rs. 67,000 per month.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-stage selection process consisting of a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview.
