Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Basic Degree: Applicants should have a B.Sc. in Home Science, Fashion Designing, or Community Science (Hons. or Regular) with a minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 or at least 60% aggregate marks.
- Advanced Degree: A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Clothing & Textiles, Apparel & Textile Science, or Fashion Designing is required with a minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks.
- Language Requirement: It is mandatory to have passed Punjabi at the Matriculation level.

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration based on their highest qualification:
- For M.Sc holders: Rs. 35,000/- per month
- For Ph.D. holders: Rs. 40,000/- per month
