Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Engineer - RE (Asset Management/O&M)
- Qualification: A full-time regular Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized board or institute.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the Power Sector. At least 6 years must be specifically in grid-connected solar or wind projects (50 MW or more) focusing on O&M or Asset Management.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Deputy General Manager - RE
- Qualification: A full-time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, or Control & Instrumentation with at least 60% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification executive experience in the Power Sector, with at least 10 years spent working with Renewable Energy developers.
- Age Limit: Maximum 44 years.
Note: Age relaxations apply for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen as per government norms.
Salary and Pay Scales
- Assistant Engineer (E-0): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (Initial Basic Pay of ₹40,000) plus applicable allowances.
- Deputy General Manager (E-6): ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 (Initial Basic Pay of ₹90,000) plus applicable allowances.

Selection Process
