Eligibility Criteria for IIT Dharwad Jobs 2026
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Technical Officer (CCS): Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication (60% minimum) with 6 years of experience. Applicants with a full-time M.Tech/M.E. or Ph.D. are also eligible; the duration of their higher studies will be considered as part of the required experience (up to 2-3 years).
- Junior Technical Superintendent (CSE):
- 3-year Diploma in Computer Science or allied fields (60% marks) plus 6 years of experience.
- OR a Bachelor’s Degree in CS/CA (60% marks) with 5 years of experience.
- OR B.E./B.Tech in CSE/IT (60% marks) with 3 years of experience.
Age Limit
- Technical Officer: Maximum 42 years.
- Junior Technical Superintendent: Maximum 34 years.
- Age relaxation applies for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC-NCL (3 years) for reserved vacancies. PwBD and Ex-Servicemen are eligible for relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.
