AIIMS Kalyani Recruitment 2026
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani, West Bengal has released an official recruitment notice for the posts of Senior Resident (Non-Academic) and Senior Demonstrator. There are a total of 51 vacancies available across various departments. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online before the deadline.
Vacancy Details
A total of 51 posts are distributed across 20 departments including Anaesthesia, Radio Diagnosis, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, and others.
Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Resident (Medical): Candidates must possess a Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD, MS, or DNB) in the respective specialty from a recognized institution. Specialty-specific qualifications are applicable for super-specialty and dental departments.
- Senior Demonstrator (Non-Medical): Applicants must have an M.Sc., M.Biotech, or M.Stat degree along with a Ph.D. in the relevant or allied discipline. This is only applicable for disciplines such as Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, and Biostatistics.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applying is 45 years, evaluated as of the notification date (24 August 2026). Age relaxation is provided as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwD candidates.

- General / OBC Category: ₹1,000
- SC / ST / EWS Category: ₹500
- PwBD Category: Exempted

Important Dates
Online applications started on 24 August 2026 and must be submitted by 10 September 2026 (5:00 PM). The hybrid (online/offline) interviews are scheduled to take place on 29 and 30 September 2026 starting from 9:30 AM at Academic Block-1, Ground Floor, AIIMS Kalyani.
